Website terms

Updated October 20, 2026.

Dealership and contact

This website is for Hare Creek Auto Inc, 18781 CA-1, Fort Bragg, CA 95437. Contact [email protected] about a vehicle, purchase or delivery, and [email protected] for general questions.

Inventory and listing information

Vehicles are subject to prior sale. Confirm availability, mileage, equipment, condition, pricing and other details with our team before relying on a listing. Photos show the listed vehicle unless otherwise stated. If information appears inconsistent, please ask us to verify it against the vehicle record.

Pricing and written purchase terms

A website price or estimate is not a completed purchase agreement. Request an itemized written quote identifying the vehicle price and any applicable tax, title, registration, transport or other agreed charges. The final signed documents and applicable law govern the transaction.

Online inquiries and purchase requests

Forms help you contact the dealership. The Buy Now action starts a purchase request; it does not charge a payment, reserve a vehicle, complete a sale or authorize a credit check. A purchase is subject to availability, verification and agreement on the written terms.

Deposits, payments and reservations

Before paying a deposit, review the written amount, hold period, conditions and refund terms for that vehicle. Confirm payment instructions directly with our team and independently verify any requested change. No general deposit or return promise is made by the website.

Vehicle condition, coverage and inspections

Ask to inspect the vehicle, review its history and arrange an independent inspection where appropriate. Warranty, certification, return and cancellation terms depend on the specific vehicle, written disclosures and applicable law. A website description does not replace those documents or limit rights provided by law.

Shipping and third-party services

Delivery requires separate agreement on the carrier, route, price and expected schedule. Pickup and transit windows are estimates and may change. Review carrier insurance, exclusions and claims procedures before dispatch. Tracking and updates depend on the selected carrier. Third-party financing, transport and other services have their own terms.

Permitted website use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit fraudulent information or misuse another person’s identity. Website content may be protected by intellectual-property rights; obtain permission where required for reuse.

Privacy and policy updates

Our privacy notice explains website information handling. These website terms may be updated; changes do not automatically amend an existing signed purchase agreement. Contact us if you need clarification before proceeding.
